Stem riser moves the handle bars up and forward 2.24". 

This is a simple solution to move your handlebars up and forward to give you more cockpit room. This is a pretty beefy part but not recommended for serious off road riding. 

Can also be mounted upside down and used to lower the handlebars for road use.
